On Monday, April 04, 2011 Allyson Rath, age 21, of Bloomfield NY was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree subsequent to a domestic incident that occurred at her residence at 8343 Taft Road in the Town of West Bloomfield. It is alleged that Rath slapped and pushed another household member during an argument. She was arraigned in West Bloomfield Town Court and released upon her own recognizance. She will return to the court to answer the charge at a later date.
