Judy Marsh, the Director of Library Media Services for Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES, was recently honored the SLSA Distinguished Service Award from the School Library Systems Association Of New York State, INC. Marsh will be presented this award at the SLMS conference in Buffalo, the weekend of May 5th- 7th. The SLSA Distinguished Service Award is presented to a School Library System Director for providing outstanding contributions to school librarianship and to the School Library Systems Association of New York State, INC. Judy has shown exemplary performance in all of the award guidelines including: professional leadership, professional service, information sharing, collaboration, quality programs and creative service.Marsh is a resident of Penn Yan, New York and has worked for Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES for nine years.
