SP Lyons Troopers arrested 21 year old Village of Clyde resident, PAUL MARTINEZ. for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd. MARTINEZ is alleged to have provided a Town of Galen resident two forged checks totaling $410.00 several weeks ago. MARTINEZ was arrested on a Town of Galen court arrest warrant. MARTINEZ was arraigned by Village of Lyons Justice Forgione and remanded to Wayne County Jail on $1000.00 bail.
