On 04-01-2011 at approx 12:49 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael Gonzales, dob 04-26-1991, of 4863 Drury Rd. Wolcott for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, a class D Felony. Charges Stem from an anonymous complaint that Gonzalez tried to sell drugs to a passerby. When Police located Gonzalez he was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Gonzales was arraigned in the Junius Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2000 bail or $4000 bond. Gonzales is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Junius Court on 04-05-2011 at 7:00pm for a felony hearing.
