On March 30th, 2011 at approx. 7:20 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Anne M. Peterson, age 18 from 474 Billsboro Road Geneva, NY for Grand Larceny 4th sub 10 (Felony) and Identity Theft in the 3rd degree (Misdemeanor). The arrest stems from an incident in January of 2011 where Peterson allegedly took a credit card number from another Seneca Falls resident when she was residing there and then used the credit card number, name, and date of birth of that resident to purchase minutes for her cellular telephone. Peterson was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney where Peterson was released on her own recognizance and turned back over to a Cayuga Home for Children case worker. Peterson’s next court date is April 27th, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
