On 3/29/11 at about 7:40 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Cody M. Linehan age 19, of 629 Dunham Road, Waterloo, Ny. Linehan was arrested on a arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Grand Larceny 4th, Burglary 2nd, both felonies, and Criminal Mischief, a misdemeanor. The charges stem from a police investigation where it was alleged reported that Linehan broke into a Village home by damaging a window to gain entry and entered the house. It was also reported to Police that a diamond ring was taken from the residence. Linehan was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court in front of Judge Laird and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 dollars cash bail or $20,000 dollars insured bond. Linehan is scheduled for a felony hearing in the Town of Junius Court on 04/04/2011 at 7PM. Seneca County Sheriffs Deputies assisted.
