On March 26, 2011 at approx. 9:45 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Christopher J. Freeman, age 23 of Clyde, NY. Freeman was charged with Failing to Appear on an Appearance Ticket that was issued to Freeman on December 4, 2010 for Disorderly Conduct for urinating in public outside the Pump House Bar. Freeman was brought into custody with the assistance from Clyde Police Department. Freeman was then brought before Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he then pled guilty to the charge for which he was arrested. Freeman was then sentenced for 15 days in jail or a $375.00 fine.On March 27, 2011 at approx. 2:42 AM Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher G. Harker, age 24 of 2396 Lower Lake Road Seneca Falls, NY. Harker was stopped by police on East Bayard Street for speeding. During the investiagtion police found Harker to be intoxicated. Harker was then brought back to the police department for a chemical test where he then gave a BAC reading of 0.13%. Harker was then issued three UTT’s for Speeding, DWI and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08%. Harker was then released to a third party and is due back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 31, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
