Waterloo NY — On Monday, March 28, 2011, Seneca County Court Judge Dennis Bender sentenced Curtis Mason, of Newark NY, to nine months in the Seneca County Jail upon Mason’s conviction for Official Misconduct. Mason was found guilty after a jury trial in County Court in February 2011. The case was prosecuted by Second Assistant District Attorney Matthew Dunham.
