2 Arrested For Stealing Vehicle in Seneca Falls

Seneca Falls Police arrested two males on March 26th, 2011 following the investigation of a stolen vehicle report from March 12th, 2011. Ryan M. Hampp, age 30, and Nicolas J. Blevins, age 27, both of 55 W. Bayard Street, apt 2, Seneca Falls, NY were both charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Vehicle in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree. Hampp was also charged with Unlicensed Operator. It is alleged that they both agreed to steal a motor vehicle from a parking lot at a Bridge Street business and left the vehicle at a different location. Both had a revoked NYS Drivers License due to an alcohol related offense and both admitted to driving the vehicle and different times. Hampp and Blevins were both arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Joyce Mahoney and were committed to the SCCF in lieu of $2500 cash/$5000 bond and are to reappear in Town Court on March 30th, 2011 at10am.
