The Waterloo Police Department arrested John P. Houck Jr age 37 of 11 Seneca Manor Drive Seneca Falls NY 13148 for Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that Houck called a woman while in the Village of Waterloo after he had been warned not to. Houck was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Barto where he was released. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim and a future court date was set for April 20 for Houck to answer the charge.
