Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Investigators arrested Mary Lou Rogers-Umar, age 37, 48 Red Jacket Street Buffalo, New York. The arrest stems from Rogers-Umar being a fugitive from justice. Rogers-Umar had an active Federal arrest warrant from Detroit Michigan for numerous federal drug charges, and was arrested after being released from NYS DOC Willard DTC. Rogers-Umar was then arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court where she was held on no bail at the Seneca County Correctional Facility until transferred to federal authorities.
