NYSP Canandaigua Troopers arrested 42 year-old PAUL A. COLLEN of Naples NY, for felony assault, after a fight last night at the Naples Hotel, South Main Street, Naples.COLLEN was arrested for Assault 2nd after punching a 79 year-old local man, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night. The victim suffered facial injuries and COLLEN was pulled away from the man by other bar patrons. COLLEN was arraigned at Naples Town Court by Justice William Kemp and remanded to Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.COLLEN was charged with felony assault as the victim is 65 year of age or older and COLLEN is more than 10 years younger than the victim.
