The Waterloo Police Department arrested Patrick G. Crawford age 19 of 4 East Elisha Street Apartment 1 Waterloo, NY 13165 for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation and Harassment in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Crawford choked, pushed and pulled the hair of his live in girlfriend. Crawford was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he was released. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim and a future court date was set for Crawford to answer the charges.
