Woman flips vehicle on W. River Rd. in Fayette

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Elizabeth A Babiarz , age 24, of 112 Virginia St Waterloo, on west River Rd in the Town of Fayette. She was charged with Speeding/ Failure to keep right/AUO 3rd and DWI and is to appear before the Town of Fayette, Justice Dean on May 11, 2011 to answer the charges.Sheriff’s Deputies on patrol came across an MVA that had just occurred and discovered that Babiarz had been eastbound on River Rd and lost control left the road, and overturned demolishing the vehicle. Babiarz was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and transported to Geneva General Hospital where she is being treated for lacerations to her scalp, and numerous other abrasions and contusions. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Waterloo Fire and the New York State Police.
