03/17/2011 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jessica L. Denman, age 31, of 1222 Whiskey Hill Road, Waterloo N.Y.. Denman was arrested on a probation warrant for violating the conditions of her probation in which were set by Seneca CountyCourt. Denman was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she will be held until Seneca County Court is in session.03/16/2011 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christine M. Kramar age 27 of 295 Hamilton Street, apt#5, Geneva, New York for issuing a bad check. It is alleged that Kramar issued a check in the amount of $1,880.00 to a Town of Fayette resident on February 18th 2011 with insufficient funds in her bank account. Kramar was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Fayette Town Justice Court April 27 2011 at 7 p.m. to answer the charges.03/20/2011 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Elizabeth A Babiarz , age 24, of 112 Virginia St Waterloo, on west River Rd in the Town of Fayette. She was charged with Speeding/ Failure to keep right/AUO 3rd and DWI and is to appear before the Town of Fayette, Justice Dean on May 11, 2011 to answer the charges. Sheriff’s Deputies on patrol came across an MVA that had just occurred and discovered that Babiarz had been eastbound on River Rd and lost control left the road, and overturned demolishing the vehicle. Babiarz was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and transported to Geneva General Hospital where she is being treated for lacerations to her scalp, and numerous other abrasions and contusions. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Waterloo Fire and the New York State Police.03/20/2011 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Town of Tyre business for the report of a property damage accident. Upon investigating the incident it was determined that a passenger in one of the vehicles was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala. Carlos E. Gomez-Ramos age 26 of a last known address of 1215 Chamberlin Road Auburn, New York was placed in to custody by Sheriff’s Deputies. United States Border Patrol arrived on scene and custody of Gomez-Ramos was turned over to them. Gomez admitted to entering the United States illegally by crossing over the U.S./Mexican Border in to Arizona sometime during November of 2007.Gomez-Ramos is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail awaiting possible deportation.03/17/2011 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a personal injury motorcycle accident on Gravel Road north of Durling Road in the Town of Tyre. A motorcycle being operated by Joshua T. Reagan, 20, of 98 Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls, New York, was northbound on Gravel Road. The motorcycle failed to negotiate the curve and left the east shoulder of the roadway and overturned. Reagan was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered a back injury. Reagan was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Mercy Flight Central. The Magee Fire Department also assisted at the scene. The motorcycle was demolished and was towed from the scene. Reagan was listed as stable after arriving at the hospital and his injuries were not life threatening. The accident is still under investigation.
