Police discovered a body in Palmyra Saturday morning and are investigating it as an unattended death.Wayne County Sheriffs say the body of 23-year-old Matthew English was found around 10:15 Saturday morning under the Route 21 North Bridge in Palmyra. English was last seen leaving a friend’s residence on Monday. He was reported missing on Friday. An autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of death. Police say so far, they do not suspect foul play.Anyone with information is asked to call the Wayne County Sheriff’s office at 946-9711.
