On March 18, 2011 at approx. 4:13 AM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Adam J. Nudd, age 24 of 7001 East Union Rd Bath, NY. Nudd was stopped by police on East Bayard Street on a traffic stop for tinted windows. At the completion of the investigation police found Nudd to be intoxicated. Nudd was then transported back to the police department where he then consented and gave a blood alcohol reading of 0.13%. Nudd was then issued three UTT’s and was released to a third party. Nudd has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on March 24, 2011 at 10:00 AM to answer his charges.
