On March 12th, 2011 at approx. 2:05 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Melissa B. Willower, age 24 from 2603 County Road 129 Romulus, NY for Failure to Signal; Driving While Intoxicated; and Operating a Motor Vehicle having a Blood Alcohol greater than .08%. The arrest stems from a traffic Stop on Ovid Street near Spruce Lane where a Seneca Falls Police officer witnessed Willower fail to use her vehicles turn signal when turning right off Bridge Street onto Ovid Street. Willower was transported back to the Seneca Falls Police Department where she consented to a Breath Test. The Breath test showed that Willowers BAC was .14%. Willower to released to a third party and issued Uniform Traffic Tickets to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 17th, 2011 at 10:00 AM to answer the above charges.On March 13th, 2011 Seneca Falls Police arrested Karissa B. Martzen, age 23 from 80 Old Post Court Hazle Township PA for operating her motor vehicle without headlights; Driving While Intoxicated; and operating a Motor Vehicle while having a Blood alcohol greater than .08%. The arrest stems from a traffic stop conducted by the Seneca Falls Police on White Street near Bayard Street at approx. 1:18 AM. Martzen was witnessed by an Officer driving her vehicle southbound over the Ovid Street Bridge with no Headlights on. Martzen was transported back to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing where she registered a blood alcohol reading of .09%. Martzen was issued Uniform Traffic ticket’s for the above offenses and released to a third party. Martzen is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 17th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
