On March 9th , 2011 at about 10:01 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Robert L. Rock age 50, of 29 State Street apt. 3, Seneca Falls NY 13148 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree. Rock had his license suspended out of California on 04/02/2010. Rock did not hold a New York State license, either. Rock was also issued a UTT for an Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Rock is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on March 24, 2011 at 10 a.m. to answer the charges.On March 9th, 2011 at around 2:05 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Elizabeth Russell age 29, of 711 Clark Street apt. A, Auburn NY 13021 on a bench warrant for failure to appear. Russell was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court. Russell plead guilty and paid a $435 fine.
