RiverPark Grill opens in Waterloo

The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 11 to celebrate the grand opening of the RiverPark Grille in Waterloo.The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm at RiverPark Grill, 1314 Waterloo-Geneva Road, Waterloo, NY. The event is free and open to the public.Owners Norbert and Justin Hausner, who also own Fuzzy Guppies and the Waterloo Harbor Campground, have spent the past few months making significant improvements and renovations to the property.”The Hausner’s have helped transform Waterloo’s landscape into an emerging hub of activity and their efforts have created some very unique and exciting destinations,” said Jeff Shipley, Executive Director of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce. “In addition to their successful business ventures, they are helping create positive economic activity for our area. We look forward to welcoming their latest addition to our community.”RiverPark Grille specializes in an American Style menu with unique sandwiches, burgers, fresh cut French fries, fresh soups, salads, and handmade desserts. In addition, it will feature five different beers on tap and showcase a new local winery every month starting with Ventosa Vineyards. It will be open seven days a week from 11:00am to 10:00pm.In addition to RiverPark Grille, plans are underway to bring a farmer’s market, Artisan Street of specialty stores and an ice cream shop (named Scoops) to the property later this spring.
