On Monday March 7, 2011 at 11:40 AM the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Aaron D. Fridley, age 26 of 28 ½ E. River Street for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Mr. Fridley allegedly did damage to walls in a village residence and threatened the resident while an order of protection was in place. Mr. Fridley was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on Bail. An order of protection was issued for the victim by the court.
