A Geneva man accused of shooting his ex-wife and another man in January has been indicted on seven counts by an Ontario County grand jury.Walter A. Russ pleaded not guilty to two counts of 1st-degree attempted murder; two counts of 1st-degree assault; and one count each of aggravated criminal contempt, 2nd-degree criminal possession of a weapon and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Thursday afternoon during his arraignment in Ontario County Court.
