Seneca Falls Police arrested Adam J. Briggs, age 23, of 24 Boston Avenue, Seneca Falls on Sunday February 27th, 2011 at about 3pm. Briggs was charged with Public Lewdness following a report that he exposed himself in a lewd manner while in public view. He was released on an Appearance Ticket and will be in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 3rd, 2011 to answer the charge.
