02/18/2011 @ 1240 HRS – Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Sergey V Sandyrev, age 36, of 86 Southwedge Drive, Getzville, NY on a Bench Warrant issued out of Seneca County Court for Failure to Appear on a Felony DWI arrest. Sandyrev is currently being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. He is to appear at Seneca County Court at a later date.02/20/2011 @ 0020 HRS – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Melanie A. Voorheis 34, of 222 S. Genesee St., Montour Falls NY on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Lodi court. The warrant stems from Voorheis failing to appear before the court to answer a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd. Voorheis was arraigned before the Lodi Town court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250.00 cash bail. Voorheis is to reappear before the court March 17th 2011 to answer charges.02/19/2011 @ 1900 HRS – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Quincy G. Eaddy, age 32, 1243 Norton Street, Rochester, New York on State Route 318 in the Town of Junius for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree and Speed not reasonable and prudent following the investigation into a property damage accident. Eaddy was arraigned and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000.00 bond.
