On 2/18/11 at about 4:01 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph P. Noaker age 18, of 1345 Old State Road Ext. Apt 13, Waterloo, NY. Noaker was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Violation of Probation. He was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on No Bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 3/09/11 at 9 AM.On 2/18/11 at about 9:00 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Christine M. Brown age 33, of 3494 State Route 414, Seneca Falls NY. Brown was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for a Parking Violation. Brown was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and paid the fine. Brown was released.On 2/18/11 at about 8:02 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Scott E. Bynum Jr age 24, of 77 Middle Street, Geneva, NY. Bynum was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Bynum was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of 1000 dollars cash bail or 2000 dollars secured bond. Bynum is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 3/23/11 at 9AM.
