Two City of Geneva residents were arrested on Wednesday afternoon following a recent investigation into the alleged sale of crack cocaine at their Exchange Street apartment.Dominique D. Huddleston, 20, and Shawnna M. Moran, 32, both of 475 Exchange St., Apt. 2, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
