On February 13th, 2011 at approx. 1:50 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested John C. Archibald, age 21 from 21 Prospect Street Apt#2 Ontario, NY for Disorderly Conduct. On the above date at approx. 1:47 AM Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to a large fight at the Pumphouse Bar located at 16 Rumsey Street. Upon police arrival there were numerous fights going on both inside and outside the establishment. During these fights Archibald was advised by a Seneca Falls Police Officer to disperse the scene numerous times in which he failed to comply. Archibald was later issued an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 17th, 2011 at 10:00 AM to answer the above charge.It took approximately fifteen minutes and assistance from the New York State Police; Seneca County Sheriffs Department; and Waterloo Police Department before the scene was under control. Seneca Falls Police are conducting further investigation into this incident.
