Hit & Run DWI on Canal Harbor in Seneca Falls

On January 29, 2011 at approx. 1:38 AM the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony J. VanCleef, age 21 of 56 Mynderse Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. VanCleef was charged with DWI after a hit and run accident was reported. It is alleged that VanCleef struck a parked vehicle on Cowing Street. After leaving the scene VanCleef was then located on Bridge Street where he was then placed into Custody. VanCleef was issued four UTT’s and was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then ROR’d. VanCleef has to appear back in court on January 29, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
