Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators and the Seneca County Division of Human Services Welfare Fraud Unit arrested Jennifer J. Henderson, age 34, of Waterloo, New York. Henderson is charged with one count of Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree (class E felony). Investigators allege that Henderson unlawfully obtained medical assistance benefits in November of 2009. Henderson was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Henderson is to reappear before Village of Waterloo Court on 03/02/11 at 9:00 am to answer the charge.
