The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Stephen N. Torrez, 28 with no permanent address for Criminal Trespass in the second degree. The arrest is the result of a complaint where it is alleged that Torrez entered a residence without the permission of its’ owner.Torrez was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secure bond and is to reappear at a later date and time. A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.Waterloo Police were assisted by members of the Seneca Falls Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
