Seneca Falls Police Beat for 1/21 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On 01/20/11 at approximately 8:42 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shaniqura N. Brown, age 18, of 51 Bridge Street, Apt. 1, Seneca Falls, NY on a warrant for violating the conditions of her sentence. She was arraigned in Junius Town Court and committed to SCCF on $500 Cash/$1000 Bond and has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01/26/11 at 9 a.m. to answer the charge. On 01/20/11 at approximately 9:02 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy J. Skinner II, age 19, of 711 State Route 96N, Waterloo, NY for DWAI-Drugs following a traffic stop. Village police report that Skinner was stopped after police observed him operating a vehicle without any working headlights. Upon checking Skinner’s license with DMV, he was found to have a suspended license. Police also report that Skinner appeared to be under the influence of a drug and after failing field sobriety tests he was placed in custody for DWI. Upon checking the vehicle Skinner was operating, police located and seized a large quantity of marijuana from inside the vehicle. Skinner was also charged with DWI, Operating a motor vehicle without any headlights, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree. Skinner was issued traffic tickets and appearance tickets for the above offenses and released to a 3rd party and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01/27/11 at 10:00 a.m.
