The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of the following individuals as a result of an investigation of a reported domestic disturbance: John G. Molina, 19 of 120 East Main Street Apartment #3 Waterloo, NY for Harassment in the second degree (3 counts), Menacing in the second degree (2 counts) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Jacqueline A. Molina, 39 of 120 East Main Street Apartment #3 Waterloo, NY for Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.Both Molinas were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of bail and are to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
