On 01/15/11 at approximately 12:23 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mary A. Guererri, age 47, of 15 Hillside Drive, Geneva, NY for DWI following a routine traffic stop. Guererri was also charged with Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign and having a BAC of 0.12. She was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and ROR’d and has to re-appear in court on 02/09/11 at 9 a.m.On 01/15/11 at approximately 2:50 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to 32 Rumsey Street, Apt. 2, Seneca Falls, NY after receiving a complaint of several teenagers being inside a residence without having permission to do so. Village police state that when they arrived at the above location, they found 6 teenagers, the youngest being 15 to and the oldest being 18, inside the apartment. Further investigation by police showed that the apartment had been vacant for a few weeks and no one was to be inside the apartment. The 6 teenagers were each charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. One of the teenagers was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The 15-year-old was issued petitioned to Family Court and turned over to the parents. All others were issued appearance tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/03/11 at 10:00 a.m. The names of the teenagers are being withheld due to their eligibility for Youthful Offender Status.On 01/15/11 at approximately 12:53 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Eric W. Hall, age 25, of 64 Inslee Street, Waterloo, NY for Failure to Pay Fine. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 01/26/11 at 9 a.m.On 01/16/11 at approximately 2:57 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amanda E. Bishop. age 38, of 7 N. Gorham Street, Waterloo, NY for DWI following a routine traffic stop. She was also charged with Speeding and having a BAC of 0.12. She was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01/20/11 at 10:00 a.m.On 01/15/11 at approximately 12:03 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department charged Christopher J. Curran, age 39, of 63 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY with the Village Code of Open Alcohol Container after he was observed walking down Bridge Street with an open beer bottle. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/03/11 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge.On 01/16/11 at approximately 1:42 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department charged Tracy A. Jones, age 46, of 26 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls, NY with the Village Code of Open Alcohol Container after she was observed walking down Mynderse Street with an open beer bottle. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 02/03/11 at 10:00 a.m.
