On Friday, January 14, 2011 at 12:19 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Anthony P. Moracco, age 77, of 55 West Bayard Street Room 8, Seneca Falls NY for DWI, .08% BAC or more, fail to signal a lane change and for failure to keep right. The arrest stems from a vehicle stop by the Waterloo Police Department on East Main Street. Mr. Moracco was issued tickets and was released pending his court date.
