The Waterloo Police Department responded to a report of a 2 car property damage accident where one of the vehicles had left the scene.As a result of their investigation, the Police Department reports the arrest of Keith R. Hellriegel, 28 of 21 Mill St., Waterloo, NY. Hellriegel was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Reckless Driving, (Open Container of) Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operator, Backing Unsafely, and Reckless Endangerment in the second degree.Hellriegel was issued U.T.T.s and an Appearance Ticket to answer the charges later in the Waterloo Village Court.
