Police charged Savory with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content of .18 % or greater on East Bayard Street. A return date of 01.26.2011 @ 9:00 AM was scheduled. On 01.09.2011 @ 2:36 AM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Kathy R. Waite, age 22, of 29 Tinder Lane Levittown, New York. Police Charged Waite with Obstructing Governmental Administration on East Bayard Street. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Mahoney. She was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500.00 cash bail / $3,000.00 secure bond. A return date of 01.26.2011 @ 9:00 AM was scheduled. On 01.09.2011 @ 11:42 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Thomas M. Watkins, age 37, of 82 West Bayard Street Seneca Falls, New York. Police charged Watkins with Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and attempted Assault in the Third Degree. The arrest was a result of a reported domestic dispute. Arraignment was before Seneca Falls Town Court Justice Mahoney. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 secure bond. A return date of 01.26.2011 @ 9:00 AM was scheduled. An order of protection was also issued.
