On 1/04/2011 at about 3:24 P.M. Seneca Falls Police arrested Barbara A. Battaglia age 23, of 1 William Street, Seneca Falls NY. Battaglia was arrested on a Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court charging her with issuing a bad check in the amount of $365.00 dollars. Battaglia was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was ROR’d. Battaglia is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 1/12/2011 at 9AM to answer the charge.
