Seneca Falls Police Beat for 12/28 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On 12/24/10 at approximately 12:40 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 2 individuals after they were observed by police officers urinating in public on Cowing Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. The 2 arrested are Anthony M. Clark, age 21, of 29 Boardman Street, Rochester, NY 14607 and Waleed Javed, age 22, of 161 W. Bayard Street, Apt. 87, Seneca Falls, NY. Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01/27/11 at 10:00 a.m. and released.On 12/23/10 at approximately 9:43 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David W. Ashley, age 60, of 6 Maynard Street, Seneca Falls, NY on an arrest warrant for Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Ashley is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a village resident back in October of 2008. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 01/12/11 at 9:00 a.m.On 12/23/10 at approximately 6:06 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James C. Reardon, age 47, of 24 Leland Drive, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI. Village police state they received a complaint from a village resident reporting that a vehicle heading eastbound on Fall Street that almost struck 2 vehicles head on. Village police located the vehicle and observed the vehicle almost strike a parked car in the village. Police conducted a traffic stop and found Reardon to be the operator of the vehicle. Reardon was also charged with Failure to Keep Right and Aggravated DWI for having a 0.21 BAC. Reardon was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and ROR’d and is to re-appear in court on 01/26/11 at 10:00 a.m.On 12/28/10 at approximately 3:30 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dakota M. Huffine, age 22, of 8 Claire Street, Pine Valley, NY on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on the original charge of Trespass. Huffine was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 01/12/11 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge.
