Waterloo Police arrested Elizabeth N. Cook, age 21, of 999 Waterloo-Geneva Rd, Waterloo, on 12/23/10 @ 0110 hrs for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on W. Main St.Cook was charged with Aggravated DWI (Having a BAC level over 0.18%), Failure to Dim Highbeams, and Failure to Signal Lane Change. She was issued tickets to appear in Waterloo Village Court on 02/02/11 to answer the charges.It was also discovered during the traffic stop that Cook had fresh damage to her vehicle from an accident. SCSD found that she had driven off the road on E. River Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls and struck roadway signs there. SCSD issued two traffic tickets related to the accident to be answered in the Town of Seneca Falls at a later date.
