The Village of Seneca Falls Police Department would like to educate the public of a fraudulent scam that has been occurring throughout the county. A young female has been targeting the elderly posing as their grandchild. Then unknown female would then state to the person that they are in trouble and that they need their help. The female has then been asking for credit card numbers. This office would just like to remind the public that you should not give your credit card information over the phone.
