Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Dylan C. Slack, age 17, of 0518 Yale Station Road, Geneva, N.Y. It is alleged that on 09-27-2010. Slack reported to the Seneca County E-911 Center that he had been robbed of his prescription medication of Valium that he had on his person. In furtherance of the investigation Slack provided a signed sworn written statement in connection with the Robbery. Upon further investigation Sheriff’s Investigators determined that Slack had in fact not been robbed and the 911 call was false. It is alleged that Slack used the police report to obtain another prescription for Valium from his primary care physician. Slack was arraigned before Waterloo Town Justice Marsh on the charges of Making an Apparently False Sworn Statement First Degree, a class E felony and Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor. Slack is to reappear on 01-11-2011 in the Town of Waterloo Court for further action.
