Seneca Falls Police Beat for 12/16

On 12/15/2010 at about 4:38 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Fern E. Batson age 37, of 190 1/2 Fall Street Seneca Falls, NY. Batson was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charge stems from an incident that occured on 12/13/2010 at a local business. Batson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/06/2011 at 10:00 AM to answer the Charge.On 12/16/2010 at about 4:46 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph M. Cardinale age 24, of 2437 Lower Lake Road Seneca Falls, NY. Cardinale was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd degree and Operating a Motor Vehicle while the Registration is Suspended. Cardinale was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court in front of Judge Marsh where he was ROR’d. Cardinale is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/12/2011 at 9:00 AM to answer the charges.On 12/16/2010 at about 10:01 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Joy A. Eggleston age 40, of 2 Fall Street Apartment 32, Seneca Falls, NY. At about 8:42 AM Police responded to Eggleston’s address for a fight involving two females. It was found that Eggleston had struck another female in the face. Eggleston was charged with Harrassment in the second degree and also Unlawfully dealing with a child after it was found that Eggleston had bought a pack of cigarettes for a 14 year old child. Eggleston was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Faciliy in lieu of $500 dollars cash bail or $1000 dollars secured bond. Eggleston is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/12/11 at 9:00 AM.On 12/16/2010 at about 3:41 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Felicia F. Cesarini age 47, of 26 Chapin Street Lot 34 Seneca Falls, NY. Cesarini was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree and also operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone. Cesarini was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney. Cesarini posted bail in the amount of $250 dollars cash. She is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/12/2010 at 9:00 AM.
