Waterloo Police arrested Brian C. Roche, age 20, of 39 Clark St, Waterloo at 12:20 am on 12/15/10 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Police caught Roche going through an unlocked vehicle and stealing items and he was found to have four prescription pills and marijuana in his pockets.A reminder to all residents, please keep your vehicles, bicycles and other items of value locked and secured at all times, especially overnight.
