n December 8th, 2010 at approx. 10:42 PM the Seneca Falls Police Arrested Alberta M. Jackson, age 50 of 1809 Halsey Lane Lodi, NY. Police received a call stating that a female had drove her vehicle into a snow bank at the intersection of Ovid Street and East Bayard Street causing damage to the vehicle. �Upon arrival Police could not locate the vehicle at the scene, however authorities did locate the vehicle on East Bayard Street in an empty parking lot. Witnesses told police that the driver of the vehicle was picked up by another person. Police located Jackson at a residence in the village where Jackson was then transported back to the Police Department for further questioning. At the office Jackson then consented to the Chemical Test for Intoxication where she gave a breath reading of 0.18% BAC. Jackson was then charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI and Leaving the Scene of �Property Damage Accident. Jackson was then arraigned at the Village of Waerloo Court in frontof Judge Matoon where she was then ROR’d. Jackson is due back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on December 22, 2010 at 10:00 AM to answer her charges. Jackson did not suffer any injuries due to the crash.
