Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Robert A. Goodell, age 31, and Lorraine A. Goodell, age 36, of 1773 North Road, Waterloo, N.Y., on Endangering the Welfare of a Child charges. The charges stem from a physical domestic dispute between the Goodell’s in the presence of two children ages 10 and 12. Waterloo PD and Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the call. Robert and Lorraine Goodell were both issued appearance tickets for the Town of Waterloo Court. They are to appear on 1/4/11 at 1pm to answer the Sheriff’s Office charges.
