On December 3, 2010 at approx. 9:10PM the Seneca Falls Police arrested three minors for possession of alcohol under 21 and possession of marijuana. The minors were stopped on Walnut Street for failing to use a directional signal. All parties were released on Appearance Tickets and have to return to the Seneca Falls Town Court on December 30, 2010 at 10:00AM.On December 4, 2010 at approx. 12:05AM. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Christopher J. Freeman, age 23, of Clyde, NY 14433. Freeman was arrested for Disorderly Conduct Sub after being observed by Police urinating outside on Oak Street. Freeman was released on an Appearance Ticket and has to return to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/06/2011 at 10:00AM.On December 4, 2010 at approx. 1:00AM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Samantha Ortiz, age 19 of 168 Genesee Street Geneva, NY 14456. Ortiz was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after police observed her smoking the marijuana in the Pumphouse parking lot on Oak Street. Ortiz was released on an Appearance Ticket and is due back at Court on 12/16/2010 at 10:00AM.On December 4, 2010 at approx. 1:30AM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Christine M. Stecker, age 33 of 21 Maple Street Auburn, NY 13021 and Tracie L. Murphy, age 36 of 128 Dunning Street Auburn, NY 13021. Both Stecker and Murphy were charged with Open Container on Oak Street after being observed by police outside the Pumphouse. Both were released on Appearance Tickets and have to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 01/06/2011 at 10:00AM.
