On December 4, 2010 at approx. 1:35AM the Seneca Falls Police responded to The Pumphouse Bar, located at 16 Rumsey Street Seneca Falls, for a large fight in progress. Once on scene further assistance was called and the NY State Police, Waterloo Police Department and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office responded. Once all Agencies were on scene it took all officer’s several minutes to gain control as there was numerous fights and people refusing to leave the area. While officers were attempting to break up the fights one officer was punched in the face numerous times by a subject while inside the Pump House Bar. Two other Officers suffered from injured hands during this incident. Jeffrey Clark, age 22 of 62 East North Street Geneva, NY 14456 was charged with Attempted Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest after striking an Officer three times then fleeing from the scene. Police then placed Clark in custody in the parking lot of Goulds ITT on Fall Street. Clark was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 bail. Sheila Graves, age 34, of 18 Middle Street Apt# 1 Geneva, NY 14456 was charged by police with Obstructing Governmental Administration and was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500.00. Monique C. Vascellaro, age 20 of 10 Goodman Street Geneva, NY 14456. Vascellaro was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. Vascellaro was released on an Appearance Ticket. During the incident a witnesses yelled out to police that an individual leaving the establishment was carrying a gun in his waistband of his jeans. Police then approached the individual who was later identified as Billy B. Young Jr, age 27 of North Hamilton Street Geneva, NY. Police then located a loaded 9mm Rugar Pistol in Young’s waistband. Young was then charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree and was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail. A Felony Hearing is scheduled for December 9th, 2010 at 9:00 AM.
