Threatening phone call leads to arrest in W’loo

The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Larry J. Tillmon, 52 of 37 Sheridan Street Auburn, NY for Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. The arrest is a result of a complaint where it is alleged that Tillmon made threatening statements to the victim during a conversation via telephone. Tillmon was arraigned and released on his own recognizanceto answer the charge at a later date. A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
