On November 27, 2010 at approximately 11:35 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Steven J. Kirby, age 33 from 5 Montgomery Street Seneca Falls NY. While police were conducting an investigation of a report of a burglary and larceny of cooper pipe and wiring at a local residence, Kirby was found inside a residence attempting to remove cooper and other recyclable items. Kirby was charged with Burglary in the third degree (class D felony) and possession of burglary tools. Kirby was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was then committed to the Seneca Correctional Facility without bail. A felony hearing is scheduled in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on December 2, 2010 at 9 am.
