Waterloo Police Beat for 11/25

The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest Cynthia M. Mack, 43 of 105 East Main Street Waterloo, NY for Menacing in the second degree. The arrest is a result of an investigation into a domestic incident where it is alleged that Mack did, while holding a knife, threaten another person. Mack was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. Mack is to return to the Court at a later date to answer the charge.The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Susan E. Howland, age 21, of 57 1/2 Fall St Seneca Falls, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd degree. The charges stem from a traffic stop made after Howland failed to signal while turning off of Locust St into the southwest municipal lot. After investigation, Howland was arrested for DWI, AUO 3rd for operating with a suspended license, and failure to signal. Howland was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 01-05-10 at 9:00am.The Waterloo Police Department arrest Arlynda J. Wilson age 29 of 114 Eastman Avenue Syracuse, NY 13207 for Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that Wilson made physical threats of violence against a Village of Waterloo resident while on the telephone. Wilson was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Barto where she was released. A Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
